WORK PERMIT INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you have completed your portion and your employer has filled out their part, email it to Mrs. Sonke.
Once your work permit is ready for pick up and your signature, you can pick it up in my office. (located in the hallway between the Quad and Beek Hall.)
